Terms of Service

§ 1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BrandVisionFlow (VIA GIUSEPPE S. MERCADANTE 64, 50144 FIRENZE, Italy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
§ 2. Scope of Services
BrandVisionFlow provides brand identity design, UI/UX design, web development, and related creative and digital services. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.
§ 3. Payment Terms
- → A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
- → Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables
- → Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance
- → Late payments incur a 2% monthly administrative fee
- → All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified
§ 4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, BrandVisionFlow grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered final assets. BrandVisionFlow retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
§ 5. Project Revisions
Standard project scopes include two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of deliverable receipt.
§ 6. Limitation of Liability
BrandVisionFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
§ 7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.
§ 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florence, Italy.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy

§ 1. Refund Eligibility
BrandVisionFlow offers refunds under the following conditions:
- → Pre-project cancellation: Full refund of deposit if cancelled before any work has commenced
- → Service not rendered: Full refund if BrandVisionFlow fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without valid reason
- → Quality dispute: Partial refund evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on work completed
§ 2. Non-Refundable Items
- → Deposits for work already commenced
- → Completed and delivered final assets upon client approval
- → Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (stock licenses, fonts, hosting)
- → Revision rounds exceeding the agreed scope
§ 3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
§ 4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with Italian consumer protection law (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Clients may also contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
